Maria Botham is the owner of Hair Fairies, a salon specializing in lice removal for kids and adults. The Hair Fairies approach is a three-step non-toxic organic approach: 1. an evaluation is given, 2. inform of severity, and 3. manually removing the lice. Manually removing the lice involves combing through the hair and pulling eggs off the hair shaft and finally applying the product.
